How It Works

We offer space to three instructors (max) per hour. Our studio is equipped with three Balanced Body Studio Reformer/Tower, wunda chair, ladder barrel, TRX bands, Ballet Barre, Yoga Mats, plus props.

To book, simply choose the reformer you would like to work on for that day (even if you don’t plan to use it!).

Step 1: Fill Out Form

We are excited to learn more about you and your business! Click the sign-up button to fill out the form and upload all proper certifications.

Step 2: Schedule A Visit

Come in for a short studio tour before booking your first session. We’ll show you how to gain access and answer any questions.

Step 3: Create An Account

Make sure to create an account on our app or website if you don’t already have one! All bookings will occur through your account.

Step 4: Purchase Sessions

You may purchase single sessions or packages on our website or in our app. Rates are listed on our pricing page.

Step 5: Book Your Time!

Sessions may be booked same day or in advance. There is no limit to the number of sessions you may book!

Step 6: Train Your Clients!

Coordinate session times with your clients, and start training in the studio! Access codes will be provided.

Registration Process

Do I need to be certified?

Yes! All instructors at 12th Generation Studios must upload proof of certification.

I don’t have insurance! Can I still train my clients?

No. All instructors must be insured and upload proof of insurance.

Is it free to register?

Yes! There is no cost to fill out our form or create an account. You will only be asked for payment when booking a session.

Can I pay with cash?

We are a cash-free business. For the safety of our instructors, we ask that all payments be made through Glofox. This also ensures that double booking will never happen!

I am having trouble creating an account. Who should I contact?

How do I book sessions?

Sessions can be booked through our app or website.

Can I book multiple sessions at one time?

Absolutely! After you sign into our app you may purchase multiple rental sessions and book them on the calendar at that time.

Can I book a same day session for a client who reached out last minute?

Yes! As long as space is available at your desired time you are welcome to book a session.

What happens if I need to cancel a session?

All sessions must be canceled within 24 hours to ensure a refund. If a cancellation is made in less than 24 hours, the full fee will be charged.

I am a client looking for a Pilates Instructor. Can you set me up with one?

Yes! Send us an email at hello@12thgen.studio. We will put you in contact with a Pilates instructor to discuss your needs and goals. After the initial introduction, you will correspond with your instructor directly to set up sessions and payment.

Healers & Trainers

Im not a Pilates Instructor! Can I still train my clients here?

Yes! You will book a reformer on our app to reserve your space but once you are in the studio you are able to utilize the TRX bands, Ballet Barre, & Yoga Mats.

Do my clients book through your studio?

No! Clients book directly through their instructor.

Can I bring my own props?

Of course! Instructors are welcome to bring small props that will enhance their client’s session. Please remember to always take your fellow instructors into consideration.

How many instructors can be in the studio at once?

A max of Three! There are only three reformer/tower units available to rent.

How do I get in?

Each instructor will receive a unique access code that allows them entry into the studio.

Studio Amenities

Can I book a same day session for a client who reached out last minute?

What brand of Pilates Equipment do you have?

Balanced Body Studio Equipment.

Can I Play Music?

An Amazon Alexa is in the studio at all times. If you are in the studio alone, feel free to play anything your client desires. If there are more numerous sessions, please take your fellow instructors and their clients into consideration. Music may be kept low and to an appropriate station.

Will the door always be locked?

Yes! For safety, the front door will be locked at all times.

How Do I Get In?

For instructors: Each instructor will receive a unique access code that allows them entry into the studio.

For clients: Clients will be able to buzz into the studio. Instructor inside the studio will grant client access.
